LeasePilot HQ shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

8. Fees, Subscriptions, and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

You authorize LeasePilot HQ and its payment processors to charge all applicable fees.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may modify pricing at any time upon advance notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant LeasePilot HQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content solely for operating, securing, maintaining, improving, and providing the Service.
