You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity occurring under your account.
You must immediately notify LeasePilot HQ of unauthorized access.
LeasePilot HQ shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
You authorize LeasePilot HQ and its payment processors to charge all applicable fees.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may modify pricing at any time upon advance notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant LeasePilot HQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content solely for operating, securing, maintaining, improving, and providing the Service.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Class actions, representative actions, consolidated actions, and mass arbitrations are prohibited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
LeasePilot HQ may suspend access, require credential resets, restrict functionality, or take protective actions in response to actual or suspected security incidents.
LeasePilot HQ shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from:
