RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT

1. PROPERTY

Tenant shall maintain the Premises in good condition and promptly report needed repairs. Landlord shall maintain the property in habitable condition per applicable law.
8. RIGHT OF ENTRY
Landlord may enter the Premises with reasonable notice as required by state law, except in emergencies.
9. PETS

10. DEFAULT
Failure to pay rent when due, or violation of any term of this Agreement, may result in termination of this lease in accordance with applicable state law.
